Unwanted items

Any unwanted items must be returned within 28 days of receipt unused, unopened, in its original condition and packaging, your return must be in a re-sellable condition. Please email info@pulseleisure.co.uk for our returns address.

Once the unwanted item is received back to our warehouse it will be checked and granted it meets our return policy conditions we will then offer a refund for this item. Please note that we deduct any shipping fees which we have paid from the refund.

Bestway and Lay Z Spa offer a 12 month standard warranty which can be extended to 24 months if registered within 28 days of purchase, please visit lay-z-spa.co.uk/warranty to do so. To make a claim there are three different ways you can contact Bestway, Email: support@bestwayaftersales.co.uk, Website: support.bestwayaftersales.co.uk and Phone: 0345 576 0116. You will need a copy of your receipt, if you no longer have this please email info@pulseleisure.co.uk and we will be able to send you a copy.
